a gem of a stay

amazing breakfast helpful lady

the room seemed like a dream. it was large, well-presented, and i found everything exactly how i imagined. the breakfast amazed me with numerous choices. the lady at reception was helpful, she always had time for my questions.

i booked with enthusiasm, but when i needed support, it was slow. staff looked inexperienced and it reminded me of they were still learning. responses were delayed when i needed something, and sometimes, requests were unmet.

alvaro was attentive and very kind. he took care of our coffee and served us perfectly. he explained the menu with detail, our satisfaction. his dedication to guest experience was evident.
